A sweet Spanish heirloom type of onion called Ailsa Craig. Flavor is mild and sweet and great for grilling and on burgers. The onions haven’t quite fully cured yet, so they will not store long-term. Onions are small to medium in size.
Orders will be dropped off at pickup sites by 4pm on either Monday or Thursday depending on location.
