A very flavorful waxy-yellow chili pepper with a nice citrusy kick that is not overly spicy. Ajis make great frying peppers and have been used as pickling peppers in the canning industry for decades. There are typically 5- 7 peppers in a quarter lb.
Orders will be dropped off at pickup sites by 4pm on either Monday or Thursday depending on location.
