A mix of Astiana and pink Brandywine tomatoes. The Astiana tomato is a large, meaty tomato that is great as a saucer, but is juicier than a Roma or San Marzano, making it great for fresh eating also. Originally hailing from the Po Valley in Northern Italy, the Astiana tomato was brought over to the U.S. by Ayers Creek Farm and has since become a favorite of chefs and homecooks. You will receive a mix of red and pink varieties.
Orders will be dropped off at pickup sites by 4pm on either Monday or Thursday depending on location.
